Nikko O/U Shotgun

Can anyone provide some info on a Nikko 12 gage model 199 O/U. It is a nice looking shotgun with a silver receiver fully engraved with a gold inlaid crown on the barrel elease.

I cannot find a serial number anywhere.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

  I had a Nikko. If I remember correctly. The SN. Was on the flat part of the action. Called the water table, Just under the chambers. Extremly fine shotgun. Most were impoted under the name Golden Eagle.
  
  Anything you find on the Golden Eagle will partain to your Nikko. Sounds like you have a high grade.
