Russian SKS Question

I bought a couple of these rifles a while back and looking at them one stands out. It has a Pakerized finish instead of blued and a black bolt instead of steel. Does anybody have info on this variation?

  Sounds like an arsenal re-finish. If you post more information (year of manufacture, builder, etc.) it may help some of the better informed folks here help out. There may be a marking which verifies the re-finish or rebuild. Back when the market was flooded with these rifles I remember seeing many that appeared to have been re-finished and stored until they were released for sale.
