help in id of scopes

now that the war for us is over and we are homeward bound we spend some free time catching up on emails and watch a few movies..i watched a movie called sniper and was wondering if anyone that has seen it has any idea what type of scopes are on the G3 and the remington..i asked our marine unit onboard if they had any idea but they could not id them for me..by the way the connie will be arriving stateside on the 29th

  i believe the rifle in that movie was the remington m24. the scope was covered 1/2 the time,not a good look at it. the other guy had a highly modified ar15. btw, enemy at the gates is another fine sniper movie.
