Value of Model 12CS Remington

I recently got a Model 12 CS in 22 Remington Special and have little interest in it. If I put it on GB, what should I expect to get for it? It is all original and in excellent working condition. The blue has been professionally restored to new condition. It appears that it was hand polished since all the lettering is crisp and clear with no buffing marks.

  The reblue will eliminate the hard core collectors. The ammo is hard to find and/or expensive (I believe) to use it as a shooter. Ball park value $250.
