There was a model 370 made in Winchesters Canadian factory.
Prior to Winchester buying it in the early 60's, it did business as Cooey Arms.

Rufe-snow Ok,...but on the Model 37 the hammer is behind the break-open lever, right? and on a Model 370 the hammer is in front of the lever. I don't think you looked at the photo.

    Don't understand your response? sir.
This was made and sold by Winchester's Canadian factory as the "MODEL 370". They never sold it as a "MODEL 37", or claimed it was identical to the U. S. produced "MODEL 37".
If the seller on GUNBROKER is making the statement that the Canadian produced "MODEL 370" is identical to the U. S. produced "MODEL 37" he is obviously WRONG!

Roughly identical to the US model 37A, not the Model 37.
