HELP WITH RIFLE MADE IN BLOODY OLD ENGLAND
I posted this on the General, but did not get much info. hope to do better here. I was at my local gun store and saw a used Rifle in 308 cal. it's a B.S.A It's a bolt action and their are 5 stars on the bolt if that means anything and the top of the action is groved for Weaver style scope rings The stock needs refinishing a few dings, It's very light and seems to be well made, He wants $300.00 for it. I am very tempted, Hope some of you guys can help me out and point me in the right direction

Sorry Country, Your right and thanks. I lost my own post it was on Page 3 and I didn't go back that far 0 -
No problem, sir. A little further, that should be a CF-2 variant. Nice, usable rifle, just not a lot of $$ there.
