Typical Belgian import. 'The Interchangeable' appears on several of the Belgian imports from various makers. The combination of that marking and 'Manhattan Arms Co' would indicate manufacture by Dumoulin c. 1901-1905.

Many thousands (millions?) of shotguns were imported from Belgium in that time period to satisfy the demand for an inexpensive utility shotgun. Most were sold through mail-order houses and hardware chains. Values today are as decorator pieces, but you can occasionally find a historian/collector of this type shotgun (well, me, I guess). Even so, in top condition value tends to be short of $200.

Of course, shooting these old Belgian doubles is not advised. They are not designed for the pressure curve of modern ammunition.
