Converting a Nagant 1895

I picked up a Nagant 1895 at an estate auction and was told I could get a 32 cal. cylinder to be able to shoot it inexpensively. My question is: How easy is it to change the cylinder and how does one go about it? In tinkering a little with I have been able to get the rod to come most of the way out but I can not get the original cylinder out. Thanks in advance!

  Also, you mention this was from an "estate auction."
  
  If it is a pistol that was a wartime bring-back--and is not one of the more recent arsenal refinished imports--be aware that you have a firearm which is collectable and worth a good bit more than the recent refinished imports.

  Thanks to all for the info. It wasn't a war bring back as it has the Century import stamp on it but for the money spent it looks like a decent little pistol. [:)]

  The Nagant ammo is now available; somewhat expensive, but at least you can shoot it without having to change anything. Use a search on Gunbroker to find it.
