this gun functions, locks up, and index`s correctly. BBL is FINE with strong rifling and lands and grooves. wood is intact, and original. overall gun is 75% finish, in NRA VERY GOOD +++. reciever has turned a purple/brown patina. sights are intact(ladder rear, post front).
what is it??? when was is made??? is the 3 digit SER# significant??? what is it worth??? is it rare or of collectors intrest??? are there parts available??? any history or info/stories??? any body own one???
