Griffon 1911 .45
Hello, does anyone have any experience with this .45? It seems to have a lot going for it and at a very reasonable price. Thanks again for your help. Andy

There are so many 1911 clones and copies out there that it's hard to keep track of them all.
A good rule of thumb though..."You gets what you pays for!"
If you're getting an '11 for defensive purposes....when your life is on the line....Colt, Kimber, Springfield, Wilson.0 -
Als...I have one of these pieces. Im quite pleased with it. It came factory with extended slide release, ambi safety, nite sites, and full length guide rod. All ive done to it is trigger work and installed a comp on the barrel. I have a Colt Commander done up the same way, and between the two of them, I think the Griffon shoots a bit better. The Colt has much nicer fit/finish on it tho. I would not hesitate to purchase another of the Griffons as I think they are a great value for the money. Compared to the Charles Daley 45's they are much nicer, at least in my humble opinion. 0
