Auto bidding
I've placed a bid that was just above the price listed the auctio, no reserve. Now I want to "switch" to "autobid" but can't figure the way to do it. Could anyone help me? Thanks, G9

I can't find instructions on how to set up auto bidding. Please help.

Jim L. - There is nothing to "set-up"
Auto-bidding is just that: onece reserve has been met (if there is a reserve) you bid the most you want to pay, auto-bid will enter your bid at the lowest bid incriment above the hi-bidder. Say the bid incriment is $5; If the current hi-bidder has entered bid of $20 and the current hi bid is $10 because no one has out bid him. Then you come along and you enter a bid of $30 ... autobid will max out his bid of $20 and add the bid incriment of your bid making the new hi-bid $25 ... and this will be the hi bid untill someone else bids more than your $30 ... if someone else bids $30 the hi bid will still be yours because you bid $30 first ...
... Clear as mud? its a little confusing but if you try it on an inexpensive or look at some bid historys of other items it may get clearer.
