Wildcat cartridge info

Looking for someone that has wildcated the 300 WSM to 6.5x300 WSM. The dies and reamers are out there, so someone must be doing it. If anyone has any info it would be a great help. I'm starting this project and would like not to "re-invent the wheel",as they say.

  Check out Accuload . . . great site with lots of data on wildcats. You might also want to contact the site owner if there is a link. I've dealt with him several times helping him locate wildcat rounds for physical analysis. Heck of a nice guy, to say nothing of knowledgeable and helpful!

  Go to www.24hourcampfire.com. There is a ton of info there on that very subject. The guys to really listen to are Big Stick and Charlie Sisk. There are some others but those two are where I get most of my info. By the way Charlie Sisk own Sisk rifles and posts quite a bit on the board.

  Check with Montana Rifleman http://www.montanarifleman.com/ I spent some time at their booth at the SHOT show and was very impressed with their barrels & actions. I believe they chamber in that cal and can fit one of their barrels to your action. I've never been a fan of grossly overbore calibers as they are hard on barrels and inefficient but I think the WSM case would lend it self evry well to a 338 or 35 wildcat (if they don't already have one)
