  is there any specific type of aftermarket rifle stock that i need to buy if i wanted to put it on my ruger 77/17? would any of the nice benchrest stocks fit, and if not what would i possibly have to do to make it fit?

  are you looking for synthetic or wood
  i have a couple nice wood ones and southern ohio gun is the best for synthetic
  hope that helps
  i dont know anyone that sells good wod ones unles you buy the whole gun
