Old fishing Lure...
I came across this at a yard sale and thought it looked interesting. Wanted to learn a little about it.
Here is what I know...
Made between late 50's early 60's
SUpposedly few were made..
Designed by Samuel Pitcher in Warners NY
has a pattend number---2719377
