Super vepr(Good or bad)what u think

Hello fellow shooters. I am in market to purchase a rifle for my father. He liked his vepr but he had to sell it due to $$ problems. What you guys think about the super vepr. I saw on for 800$ and I looked pretty good. The thumbhole stock, nice fluted barrel. Does the super vepr vary from the normal vepr, how accurate is it? And how about the quality of super vepr overall and compared to vepr, can any one think about any attributes as well as negatives about this rifle. Should I get him vepr or any other rifle for the money. What do you think??
