I have run across 2 types of scopes marked Stith,1 is on a 99 Savage I own,its a Weaver scope but it says Stith instead of Weaver. The second one I saw was a Kollmorgan (pre-Redfield) marked Stith Bear Cub.I dont know who fixes scopes though...MIKE

Try "Parsons Scope Repair", I don't have the address, I always hit "search",and go from there, good folks that do good work at a good price.

Stith scopes were marketed between 1950 and 1956. The Bear Cub series was manufactured by Kollmorgan for the Stith brothers. In 1956 the Kollmorgan Co. began marketing under its own name and was bought out by Redfield in 1959. Values for these scopes run $50-$175.
