Selling Pistol grip rifle stock on GB

I have searched the ATF website, and haven't seen anything prohibiting selling a Pistol Grip Stock for a Mini-14. (I don't have an FFL and from what I can tell, a stock is just an assessory and I can send directly to a buyer) How about to CA? They have tighter definition of what an Assualt Rifle is. And if that is a problem, are there any other states I should NOT send it to? Any suggestions at all are welcome and thank you in advance. This forum is a great assist to the GB auction web.

  The stock is just a replacement part. If your concerned about Kalifornia, just state in your add "no sales to Kalifornia".
