  If you're talking about the modern underhammer 36 or 45, try Numrich Arms/ Gunparts in West Hurley, NY. Numrich used to make them.

  Try Erwin at Mowery gunworks in Waldron,Indiana.He builds mowery,hopkins&allen and others I'm sure but many of the h&a are underhammer.Wade
