hi cap magazines for Glock

i recently bought online a 33 rd mag for my glock 17. I believe it's made by Shearer? I like it for practice, saves time reloading mags, although it does stick out quite a bit. Is there any legal problem if I choose to carry that loaded mag concealed with my weapon? I ahe a CCW in Fl.

I would rather be held by 3 stewardesses and 3 cheerleaders, than carried by 6, judged by 12, or any number of anything.

  Can't say about the legal issues in your jurisdiction, but that 33 round mag seems, lets say, inconsistent with your whole concealed carry theme. The whole idea of concealed carry is to be discrete. The 33 round mag in a G17 is about as discrete as a studhorse with an erection!

  I just looked up your states concealed carry laws and did not find any mention of magazines. That being said what Teamblue stated has merit. Where are you going that you are going to need 33 rounds? Consider this if you miss with the first two rounds throw the gun at them and run like hell.

  Just in the case that this is a legit question...there is no law prohibiting you from carrying a 33 round magazine in your CCW gun...the only problem with it would be actually concealing it. Florida CCW law doesnt state magazine capacity so your safe.
  
  A better bet would be to carry a couple of spare mags, or get yourself a 17 round mag that actually fits the gun flush and carry a spare mag if you feel the need to carry more ammo.
