Question for HULVIN

I would like to replace the grenade launcher on my Yugo SKS with a compensator. Any ideas, do's and donot's. Thanks

  Hello New Guy,
  It is recommended to remove grenade launcher.
  If you do not know the procedure: you have to drive out a pin which secures grenade launcher to a barrel, and after that to unscrew it.
  You have to hold a barrel in a wise between 2 hardwood panels and use heavy pliers to unscrew grenade launcher.
  I do not know if compensators for Yugo SKS are available on the market, but you can use the grenade launcher to make one on a lathe machine, or a simple cap can be machined, just to cover those threads.
