What's the twist rate on the Ruger Mini-14 in 223 caliber? Thanks.

What would be the best twist rate for the .223-5.56 cal.

55-62gr heaviest. IMHO
40-52gr 1:12
50-62 1:9
67-80gr 1:7

why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....

Length, and not weight, is the limiting factor. I'm sorry I can't give you a maximum length to shoot, in your 1/9 twist. The 68/ 69gr. match bullets will stabilize just fine in your 1/9 twist barrel.
