I have no book reference but with all that you describe I would estimate $175- $220. Perhaps a little more to the right person. These are good shooting .22's. I have a 581 and am very fond of it. Mine shoots quite well with Remington Subsonics though I have never tried any real "match" ammo in it.

I have a 582 that is a great shooter. A few years ago
it seemed folks were paying a premium for 581's and 582's,
    I don't know about now.

This is a really old post.

Because I'm cross dominant and shoot left handed and also interested in accurate 22 LR rifles, I paid $140 for a left handed Remington 581 rifle in excellent condition at the January 2019 SAXET gun show here in San Antonio where there appears to be less interest in 22 LR rifles and even less if they are left handed.

Unless it's one of those fancy high end target 22's. Every thing is pretty much semi-autos now. Been around to a number of shows, before and after the holidays. If you see bolt actions at all. Usually just laying there, not selling. Unless their dirt cheap.

I'll do anything, to tune out the left wing media. And their never ending BS. If it means responding, to 16 year old posts. So be it.

Unless they are Winchesters, then the market is small but the prices are not.
