Finishing Grips
Just picked up a replacement set of grips for a Colt MKIII from GPC. They are bare walnut. After sanding them down a little to fit the grip frame, what's the best way to finish them?

I personally like Birchwood-Casey TRU-OIL. It's very easy
to use, looks great, pretty strong, and inexpensive. You
can find it at almost every gunstore and even Walmart.0 -
I always use linseed oil, I hand rub one side of the grip panel and than set them in the sun to dry, after that side is dry than I repeat the process on the other side. [:D] 0
