Need help with Taurus

I need an indexing wheel/extractor for a Taurus 441. Taurus wants me to send the gun to them and I am not interested in doing so. It has had extensive customizing done and there is not telling what they would say if they ever saw it. Can anyone help?

  If you have to send it to them, take pics, and include the serial number in the pic... insure it, have a tracking number on it so you can find where it is at each step of the game..and also have a signature required on delivery....
  
  Or call them and tell them..(talk to someone in charge)...there is no need to send the gun to them to just get the part you need... tell them you can install it it yourself, etc....If they refuse to send it to you at that point, go higher up.....
