    Hi ya....

    State law now requires all handguns sold in California to go through state-approved laboratory safety testing before being placed on a list of guns approved for sale. Manufacturers who want their guns on the list will pay about $300 per model, per year, in addition to costs for testing. So far, 224 models of handguns have passed the tests, which determine such things as whether a gun won't misfire when dropped. The state standards mirror those used by the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to determine gun safety...I hope this helps,also to be safe I would ship to an FFL dealer by him and have him check with the dealer to see if the dealer can except it.
