Valuation of Martel/Marlin 29

I'm looking for help in putting a real world value on a private label Marlin 29. The description that I have of this Martel indicates fair condition ie: light pitting on reciever and a dark brownish finish overall. Most books say that a private label should carry a discount to the brand but...... you just don't see many Martel's. HELP!!!

  I have a Martel, manufactured by National Firearms, It looks just like a Model 18, .22 pump. From what I have been able to learn about the values are the same for both weapons. The pricing I've been able to find for this type rifle is 75.00 to about 350.00 for these .22's. Not a collector but a rifle that you can shoot and have some fun with and enjoy the turn of the century styling.
