Could be a mag or feedramp issue, but I'd put another 150 through it before fretting just to make sure everything is broke in good and the mag's feed lips are smoothed out.

Kahrs are supposed to have a break in period but I don't like the sound of the problem you describe. Maybe the mag spring needs to settle in--let it sit fully loaded for a couple of weeks. I'd have a smith check it out if this problem doesn't go away.

As the cartridge is pushed to the top of the mag. it makes contact with the slide stop post. If you look at the spent cartridge you will see a scratch in the side of it. the fix is to have Kahr trim back the slide stop post.

keep track of the brand of ammo you are using and the rim thickness.
it is very possible that the last shell in the magazine is "nose-up"
due to rim thickness. also, the feedramp may need polished. as kingjoey has said, give it another chance.

I seem to remember that Kahr had some problems with their polymer guns. Give them a call. It sounds lke a mag problem to me. Their # is 508/795-3919.
