double action shotgun

am thinking about buying a mossburg 590 da for home defence. do any of you folks have any experience with this model? how is the trigger pull? what do you think about it over all?[:)]

  Hi ya.....:)
  
  The double action style fires with a long deliberated stroke of the trigger for each shot, replicating a double action service revolver..it is not to bad, but then again you have to be happy with your choice, I`ve never shot one but I have shot service revolvers and the trigger pull on them leaves something to be desiered.
  
  In all it is personal prefrance, if you are going to use this for home protection make sure it is what you realy want......:)
