Remington 760 Date of Mfg ?

We have a Remington 760 Gamemaster .3006 with a serial number of 69*** . Anyone know when this was made ? Thank you.

  MFI the 760 in 30-06 was mfg. 1952-1967 and 1980.
  does your have an identification code located on barrel, left side of frame. some kinda letters will indicate the month and year
