Need centerfire ammo for .32 short pistol

Here it is again for the Experts. I would like any help you might be able to provide or where a guy could start looking to find ammo for my brothers Harrington and Richardson .32 short revolver pistol. However it does need to be centerfire cartridges. Any help would be greatly apppreciated.

  I'm going to guess it is probably chambered for .32 S&W. This is available at most gun stores, shows, sometimes even Wal Mart. DO NOT confuse it with the far more common .32 S&W Long. If I am right about the chambering, there is properly no "short" in the title of the round, but many people add it as ".32 S&W" is coming to mean, incorrectly, .32 SW long.
  
  If the gun locks up and times properly, it should be safe to shoot. However, personally I only shoot black powder out of these as they were never robust guns and many have streched, loosened, etc. over the years.

  I just found a reference at the Dillon web site for a .32 Colt Short conversion for their reloading systems. There is also a reference to a Rumanian .32 ACP "short", but the H&R was probably never chambered for that round.
  Is this venue great for obscure info, or what?

  Yeah, it's more likely just a .32 S&W. That's easy enough to get. It's used in high end target pistols. Remington makes it. Have the H&R checked before you shoot it. It's old as hell and H&R's weren't known for quality.
