CVA Cartridge 12ga. double

I have a CVA 12guages double barrel shotgun. It is hammerless and not auto extracting and is a Model 622. I wrote to CVA about this gun and all I got back was that they used to make cartridge guns, but it was so long ago/or they have lost the records of manufacture. I have checked the blue book guide to firearms most recent edition and it does not even mention CVA as a manufacturer of "modern" arms. Can anybody give me an idea of when this might have been made and its relative worth?

  What you can do is take the barrels of the reciever and flip it over and check at the bottom back by the chambers for proof marks and then check the back of the blue book were they have the proof mark pages.....also the bottom of the reciever my have markings on it also.
