Savage 110FP Tactical "4 X 4" Info Needed

I am the proud owner of a Savage 110FP Tactical in .223. I purchased this rifle new in 1998. It is your basic, run-of-the-mill Savage Tactical with one exception. The bolt is marked "SAVAGE 4 X 4" with the Savage logo instead of the usual "TACTICAL" marking. Other than the bolt marking, it appears to be just like any other 20" Tactical Carbine. The shop where I purchased it had two more rifles just like this one. I have not seen one since. My "Blue Book of Gun Values" has no info on this. Can anyone help?

  I'm not sure but I think that "4x4 " designation was a special or trial run aimed at the "truck gun" market. It has been a while back.
