i have this knife that was givin to me it looks just like a marine combat thick shinny 7" blade leather handle with marking on blade barly readable RH 36 where from?

  RH-36 was a model number used by Remington on a sheath knife. Leather handle with an overall length of 11". In all proability it made in the 1930's. Was made in Brideport, CT. In mint condition it should bring close to $300.
