  Sounds like you have an "Ortgies" pistol. Made by DWM in 25(6.35Br), 32(7.65Br) and 380(9mm Kurz) calibers. There was a post a few days ago about them again. Hopefully Mark jumps on this one and gives you some more specific details. I've dealt with those pistols and they are very good quality.
