what kind of gun is this
I was given this gun from my grandfather, I have no idea what it is or worth. The markings on the gun is as follows: FABRIQUE-NATIONALE-HERSTAL-LIEGE. (BROWNING'S PATENT). This is along the barrel. BREVETE-SGDG? Is on the handle. Can anyone help?

I have a 22 rifle that is all black. My father used to call it a black beauty. It loads from the rear on the butt of the stock and hold 16 bullets. It is semi-auto and I thought it was a remington but I can't find the make on it. Any idea what kind of gun this is? 0 -

sounds like it could be the brazilian clone of the remington nylon. they were called black beauty. they would have a white diamond on the forearm. do you want to sell it? 0 -

i believe the gun you have then is the cbc brand from brazil and was imported by f.i.e. industries. there would be interest in the gun but you will have to list it on the gunbroker auction. they generally sell in the $100 range. 0
