Steyr M Series

Just ordered a Steyr M Series .40 cal semi auto for a really good price (Total $378.04, MSRP is $609.95) and I am wandering if anyone out there has one and could tell me about the reliability of this weapon. I have heard some really good things about it and got a chance to hold one the other day (did not get a chance to fire it) and I really like the feel! So while I still have the chance to cancel this order I am just wandering how other peoples experiences have been with this weapon?
Also, would like to know if anybody knows where to get the M40 or Mp cartriges?

  Hello. I have a Steyr M40 and I have no complaints. The sight takes getting used to. Mine will blow the x ring out of a target at 25 yards off-hand. I have never had a feeding problem and I have shot all kinds of ammo. I hope you like yours. It is easy on the hands as far as recoil goes. Most come with one mag but mine came with two.

  I agree with Smitty. I've had one now a couple of years and never a problem. Very accurate and reliable. What a price. Grab it.

  I recently purchased an M40 and like it very much. My concern is that I have heard they are no longer being manufactured. I would check that out before you buy.[:(]
