SERBU 50 cal. ??????

Well... I am going to do it! I am going to buy a 50 cal. Does anyone know about the Sirbu Firearms ? The price is good! Any one have it or know anything about the gun?[:D]

  The Serbu is a relatively inexpensive single-shot .50 and apparently of very good quality. There supposed to be very accurate and a good deal for the money. I got a chance to tinker with one, but never fire it. It appeared well built and i liked it, but like i said i never fired it. Id also reccomend you check out the LAR grizzly and Armalite Ar-50 rifles, they cost a bit more but are still inexpensive compared to other .50's. Good Luck!

  Try www.Biggerhammer.net Barrett and www.serbu.com There are plenty of favorable responses to the Serbu and Mark (owner/designer/manufacturer) is a great guy.I purchased one and have yet to get a good (expensive) scope/rings ($1400.00+). So initial cost has to also include cost for scope. Best, Robert

  Serbu is ugly but accurate. Get the bipod & newer shark break to tame recoil. Boringly accurate at 300 yds with mil ball. Have hit IPSC targets at about 1 mile pretty regularly, hardest part is finding that tiny target in your scope, after that rifle does the rest. Need good rings & scope, almost as much $$ as gun.
