Which States Ban "High Capacity Mags"

I am going to sell one of my thirty round HK mags on For the Hunt. I know Kalifornia prohibits magazines with greater than 10 round capacity and you have to have a permit in New Jersey. What other states have such laws?

  Current States Banning Prebans & Limitations
  
  
  California, NEW YORK CITY, Washington D.C. or Massachusetts cannot receive high capacity magazines.
  Maryland residens cannot receive magazines over 20 rounds.
  New Jersey residents cannot receive magazines over 15 rounds.
  Hawaiian residents cannot receive 'PISTOL' magazines over 10 rounds.

  High capacity magazines are legal for shippment to California if the person receiving them has a permit from the Department of Justice- normally these are FFL dealers. These other states may also have a permit process like the one we use here in California, although I can't say for sure.
