DAN WESSON 357

I am looking at a used Dan Wesson 357 revolver. It looks good. However the rear sight is a notch in the frame. There is no adjustment. Can I trust it to shoot to the point of aim? Also how difficult, ($) to add a scope or other optical sight? Is Dan Wesson a good revolver?

  all i know is its a 357 magnum ctc,its serial number is b004687 its blued and venilated rib fixed front sight and back sight is adjustable,its double action,its about 1978,does any one know anything about the price range of this gun.
