winchester 52 C and D
I have 3 52's I would like to sell to fund a new Anshutz purchase, I would like to know what they would be worth. First is a 52D sn 1137xxD with original wood box in vg. cond., original hangtags in exc. cond., the metal on the rifle is exc. cond., the stock is vg. except for having about an inch and a half cut off and replaced with a Freeland adjustable buttplate and hook, I also have the original handstop. The rifle has mounts for a unertl style scope and Redfield open sights.
The second is a 52 C i believe 96XXXC Sn. it is in vg shape metal wise and the stock is in good shape, it could use a refinishing job, It has had 2 inches cut off and a Freeland adjustable buttplate installed. It has mounts for a Unertl scope and Redfield open sights. THis rifle includes a 5 round magazine and a single shot adapter and original sling swivel.
The third is a 52 C sn 98xxxC, it has the Freeland 52 E style stock with thumbhole, freeland buttplate and hook, with freeland handstop and palmrest. THis rifles metal is in exc. shape and the stock is in verygood shape with a few dings. The access. included are a 5 round mag, a 15 round mag and a single shot mag. adapter freeland leather sling, anshutz hand stop, Unertl bases and redfield sight bases.
I also have a 52 C D trigger complete and a bolt complete both in exc. cond..
What would the value of these rifles be??

The Freeland Add On's really hurt the collecter Value.
I sold a 52 C last year with the Wood Crate for $1100.00 but it
was all original. Depending on the shape the D's are in I would
estimat between $500.00 to $700.00 If the Barrels are Ringed
they could be harder to sell A 52 E will bring $800.00 or more
depending on the condition. These are rough estimates as I have
not seen the Guns.
