  You have a "MILITARY" National Match slide there, per that number on the left side of the slide "NM7791435"
  
  Who made it, is the question?
  
  1), To the best of my knowledge DRAKE identified their slides with their name on the right side "DRAKE MFG. CORP"
  
  2), Colt used their slide legend on their slides (I don't know if Colt made them, or Drake made them for Colt?)
  
  3), It might be a late manufacture, replacement slide made by either Drake or Colt?
