Lam Tech Stocks

Anyone had and experience with LamTech Stocks? Good?? Bad?? Fit?? Finish??

drop-in on howa. looks good and a true drop-in- just a minor bit of fitting around the safety. not checkered. i'd swear they are the same stock as the rem 597 .22 autos. they are heavy.

Would the Boyd's JRS be a better bet and lighter???

I just put a ruger 77 in a boyds JRS last night. Nice finish and design. Tang cut-out has a small amount of gap, but NO aftermarket wood stock will drop into a perfectly tight fit. I feel that it is a nice fit/finish stock for the money $116 + $20 for a super sling and swivel instalation at the factory.

The way I see it,If YOUR rifle shot as well as YOU say,...we wouldn't need gunsmiths.
