worth of Remington rolling block

There is a Remington rolling block in 7x57 mm listed in another auction I am interested in. It has three quarter length stock, 1901 pat. date and is in very good condition. No military proof marks. Has ladder sight. Bore looks perfect, action tight, lots of case hardening left and, I think, 90% blue. Its up to $400 plus now. Can't find it in the Blue Book.....Thanks in advance.

  Need to see this Gun....You're sure its a Rolling Block and not a Remington Hepburn...?
  Not doubting your word...just want to be sure about the Type... The Civilian Remington Sporting Model in the Condition You discribe is Worth at least $700.00.....

  I don't know what a Hepburn is. This has a rolling block action and looks like a military rifle with the 3/4 length forearm and ladder sight. I can give you the auction number and the other auction site but not sure it is appropriate in this forum.
