Help with a Class III sale

I have a Ingram M11 9mm machine gun with a 6" silencer and (8) to (10) 40 round mags. I am not a dealer, but I own it legally. How do I go about posting ,selling and shipping it through Gunbroker?

  Post it under class 3 weapons. State that weapon will only be sold to class 3 license holders and that others may purchase as long as they make application and pay the fee for the license but weapon will not be released until cleared by the ATF.

  Be sure to list your terms of sale in the ad.
  
  For example, who pays transfer fees (2 may be necessary)?
  
  What happens if his application is denied? Will you give him a partial or full refund, even if it takes 6 months?

  When I bought my first class3, there was a understanding, that if
  I wanted the weapon, I paid for it, up-front,period.
  
  If the transfer did not go through, then it was still mine, but I could not posses it.
  
  The weapon stayed in the possesion of the dealer or seller until it was sold again.
  
  When it was sold, then I would get whatever it sold for back.
  
  Thats how I played my first NFA game.
