Duckhunter is right on, and not to repeat what he has said, but just to expound on it. The express, in most cases can be picked up at your local wally world for under $300, not the case with the wingmaster that runs in the high $400's to low $500's. The express comes with one choke tube, a modified screw in and you have to buy the upgrade kit to get the set. The wingmaster comes equipped with the mod, imp cyl, and full chokes and the skeet can usually be picked up seperately for just under $15 if you want that also. The wood on the wingmaster is much upgraded and in a gloss finish, and most gauges have an embellished receiver with a deep blued ventiated rib barrel that looks a lot like the 1187 premier, just a pump instead of semi auto. If you're just lookin' for a gun, get the express. If you're lookin' for the same gun, that also looks great with a few more bells and whistles, go for the wingmaster. After diligently searching, I was able to find the 870 wingmaster in 16 gauge for $430 + tax here in Myrtle Beach, SC. Remington recently reinstated the 16 gauge into it's line-up of the pump and semi autos. I saw this as a good opportunity to pick up a new 16 gauge by remington at a great price. I personally don't feel that Remingtion is going to add the 16 gauge as a permenant line, it's just lost a lot of it's popularity over the years, but not with me. I feel the 16 gauge offers similar performance to the 12 gauge with both a lighter gun, and lighter recoil.
