Best way to list old but post '98 guns?

    If the gun was made after 1898 I think it is considered "modern" and must be shipped to a C&R or FFL holder based on the 50 year age rule. I would guess that any such guns you are offering would be listed under modern firearms and mention the license requirement in the listing. I don't know of anything beyond this you would need.

    list it where ever you think it will get the most attention, just make sure that the bidders know it will have to be shipped to a FFL, where and how you list it is up to you, how it gets shipped is up to the feds [:D]

    I look in the C&R section of collectibles for guns that are at least 50 years old but not old enough to be in the antique category.
