UZI-Will Mod. A & B Barrels Interchange?
Out of Curiosity, will barrels interchange between Models A & B?

Yes, the barrels are the same.
The basic difference between the A and B is a small tab of metal spotwelded in the receiver of the B, below the sear, that makes it slightly more difficult to convert the gun from semi to full auto. The other difference is the rear sight. The B has a large round plastic knob that helps with windage adjustments.

The SEMI-Auto Model A and Model B use the exact same barrel; 16.1 inches long in 9mm parabellum. The FULL Auto Carbine uses a different barrel, aside from the fact that it is 10.1 inches long, (original length as furnished), its outside dimensions are different in several places which causes a "mis-fit" when an attempt is made to install it into a Model A or Model B Carbine.
Rafter-S......Mind telling me what and where that is? Also, What UZI has a "platic" knob and where? The only thing that resembles plastic on a Model A or Model B is the hard rubber knob on the left side of the trigger pack that is used to slide between "S," (SAFE), and "F," (Fire),.......there are no knobs made of "plastic" and this one is made from the same material as the forearm and pistol grips.....! You're right about the sights being different.....but the Model B won't fire "out of battery," but a Model A will! That's because of the "trip lever" installed on the bottom of a Model B Bolt that contacts the ejector when the Bolt is closed, swinging it out of the way so the striker/firing pin assembly can move full forward to contact the primer of a round. The Model A doesn't have this "safety feature" but that certainly isn't a "spot welded tab."

To expand on what RancheroPaul said: don't put a 10" barrel in your semi-auto Model A or B, no matter how cool it looks. The A and B carbines are classified as rifles in the eyes of the feds, and putting a barrel of less than 16" in it could end you up in the slammer.
