Opinions on Imbel receivers for L1A1.

I have been debating on getting one of these to build a FAL type weapon. Also, are there any suggestions on kits to build on to this receiver? FYI, I am looking at getting a metric Imbel and building a FAL, and need guidance.

  I have an Israel heavy barrel and an STG 58 that are built on Imbel receivers and they work well. I thing the STG 58 is the best one. The Imbel is what Century Arms has used on most of their FAL guns.

  I've built several StG 58's using Imbel receivers. The barrels line up perfect unlike the single Israeli one that I tried. Ended up having to shim it. Other than that, lay in a supply of different size shoulders for proper headspace. Forget the L1A1 and stick to metric. Lot's of good reasons.
