Interarms sxs

Anybody have any idea who made the interarms 12ga. sxs with single selective trigger and auto ejectors? What would one in good condition be worth?

  Could be a number of different Spanish or Italian makers (probably Spanish). Any other markings?

  Sorry: My son saw it at a gun show last weekend and said it looked like the Browning BSS. Fixed chokes and said it had hardly been used.
