Merkel 447 SL

I am new to GB and need some info prior to listing a gun. What would be a good estimated value on a Merkel ssl 20 gauge new in the case, unfired with all accesories including case and original box.

  Latest B B, doesn't have the SSL listed in 20 Gauge. They have a 28 listed as the "Model 280SSL" and a .410 listed as a "360SSL".
  The "447SL" is not listed in the "SSL" configuration, $8,500 for 100 per cent condition. $9,995 MSR.

  The $10,999 is a full $1,000 jump over the 2002 retail price...OUCH! Last year the retail cost was $9,995 and a dealer cost of $7,996- a 20% discount. Using the same formula, the new dealer cost of your 447SL would be about $8,800. I would start thinking about a price in that area. These H&H sidelock Merkels are fine shotguns and anyone would be proud to add one to his collection.
